Pamco has been manufacturing baby and children's cots, furniture and toys since way back in the 1950's. The exact heritage of the company is a little lost in time, but needless to say, we've been making great products for a very long time. We are New Zealand's oldest, established baby cot manufacturers. 
When your manufacturing in timber - even great NZ pine, sometimes things go wrong without any particular reason. Timber does warp or bend, split or do silly stuff. 
That's why we have a 3 year warranty on things like defects in the products - just to give you peace of mind.
Other companies offer nil - 1 year warranty but we don't consider that adequate. You need more surety than 12 months. 
So please feel confident that we will stand behind our products and sort out any issues from natural defects.

The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase (or delivery) and report any transport damage or defects by email (or phone) within 24-hour of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse transport claims that are made after this time frame as carriers won't cover .

Contact must be made directly for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices may also be required as proof of your purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested. We reserve the right not to accept the claim if the buyer do not respond within reasonable period of time.

Pamco will replace or repair (where possible), and refunds or voucher in equivalent value, will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. 

Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer (if you buy 2nd hand etc)

Warranty does not cover free gift items, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. neglect and careless storage or unauthorised repairs.

If it becomes necessary, (irrespective of reason) the buyer shall cover the cost to return goods to Pamco. We will be responsible for sending the repaired item or replacement back to you (the Buyer), except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition (that was reported). In which case, the buyer will need to pay for return carriage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

If goods have been damaged during transit, the customer should acknowledge receipt of "damaged goods". They should contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) so a claim can be lodged.

Goods must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt. Sorry, we do not offer refunds – please choose your products carefully. Please ask questions before you buy.
